View on Loch Griomsiadar from our our kitchen, March 2001. The garden hasn't improved much since, but we do have more water-fowl on the loch! We have a pair of greylag geese who are regular visitors to our backyard and have thus far spotted herron, Herring gulls, Iceland gulls, a great skua, arctic skuas as well as mallard on the loch.

New visitors during winter include a Whooper Swan family & some tufted duck.
